John Hein
John is the leader of the pack at KK Collision Center! His name is on the door and in the words of a former president "The buck stops here". John means it and practices that daily. John knows that he is only as good as his last job and he is measured not by what KK Collision Center does but by what the industry does. John does everything in his power to increase the standards of our industry. Using only Original Equipment replacement parts was a step in the direction of better repairs. Hiring and keeping the best people available is the same thing. How can anyone produce the best without having the best to start with? John is also a 2-time past-president of an organization that is dedicated to higher standards in business. This remarkable man believes in doing everything right the first time.
Eduardo Espinosa
Who is that masked man?? You will likely never meet Eduardo at KK Collision Center. Not because he
is seldom there. Quite the opposite. Eduardo is the lead painter at KK and he spends the majority of
his day with a mask on while applying paint to your car and making that paint match exactly. Most of us have seen the car on the street that has a fender that is a slightly different color than the rest of
the car. Rest assured Eduardo had nothing to do with that paintjob! Like painting in your home,
Eduardo knows that preparation is the key to a great paint job. He is meticulous in his preparation and it certainly shows in the final product. From Cadillac's to Kia's he prepares them the same way...The right way!
Raphael Hernandez
Raphael is the lead mechanic at KK Collision Center. This man is fun to watch because he can repair just about anything that is sent his way. From your son or daughters Radio Flyer wagon to the most complex steering system or wiring harness, Raphael is the man you want working on it. We remember a time when a three month old truck was towed in from another facility that could not handle the repair. Raphael took one look at it and said yes, I can do that. Over the next 2 weeks he completely disassembled that truck and put a new frame under it. Good as new! You want Raphael making sure that your car (or truck) ends up as good as new!
Ray Dalke
Ray Dalke has been in the automobile repair industry since he can remember. That amounts to well over 40 years of service. In that time Ray has seen it all and repaired them all. From windows to steering to entire interiors and even the roof of a car Ray can handle it. Ray is very much old school. Ray uses techniques that are not taught in school any longer, ways that work today on the newest of cars. Watching Ray work is like watching a surgeon doing their job. Ray does not waste motion and is constantly on the lookout for items that an insurance adjustor may have missed that needs to be replaced because it matters. It matters to your safety and the safety of your family. Ray is the eyes and ears of a great repair!
Tim Graybill
Tim came to KK all the way from South Florida. A veteran of the Auto Body repair world for over 31 years, Tim has seen it all and done it all. From the early days of cars with frames to the newest, state of the art vehicles driven today, Tim knows how to repair them right... The first time! When deciding where he wanted to work Tim was looking for a shop that refused to cut corners and insisted on doing the repair to factory specifications while using factory parts. It is no wonder why Tim chose KK!
