Thank you so much for the fabulous repair job you did on my
car. This was my first accident and I had no idea how to handle my
insurance claim. You made the process painless and very easy for
me.
My car looks and drives perfect and I had always heard that cars
are never the same after an accident. That appears to be true as my
car seems better than it was before. I truly appreciate what you have

I am so happy that I did not take my car to “their” shop. Thank

K K Collision center is awesome. Not only did my car look
great, their service is top notch. I was in a bind without my
car so they made sure it was done quickly and even offered to
drive me back and forth to my house since I had no other
transportation.
John, the owner, is so friendly and approachable. To top
it all off, when I picked my car up it had been thoroughly
cleaned inside and out. My car looked fantastic and they had
gone the extra mile to make sure I was very happy. All to say
I felt more than satisfied with the work and service I received
from K K Collision Center. I would definitely recommend
them!

Dear KK Collision Center,
I want to thank your company for being so great to me! I brought my truck in for an estimate and you guys were awesome! I went to 4 other "repuatable" body shops and not one of those shops treated me as well as your company did. The other shops made me feel like my truck didn’t belong at their shop, and were very rude. Not one other body shop came out of their front door to greet me like KK did. When it was time to perform the estimate on my truck, Brian made sure he noted everything I was concerned with and had questions about. He also took extensive time looking at as much damage as possible, to give the most accurate estimate possible. The other body shops spent less than five minutes looking at my vehicle, did not notate most of my concerns and really hardly looked at the damage. I didn’t think I was going to find a quality body shop in all of Sacramento, until I came to KK. KK Collision Center fixed my truck in a very timely manner. Every time I called they updated me on how it was going, and were always very friendly on the phone. When I received my truck back, it looked better than new! The body and paint look great. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from KK, and I will recommend your shop to everyone I know! Thank you for the great service and I look forward to all of the future business we will have together. You guys put the "A" in Awesome!

Dear John and Brian,
I just wanted to thank you form the bottom of my heart for everything you
guys have done for me. I don’t think there are words that can express what
a great experience I had with your company.
I work in customer service myself and I know what it means to be helpful
and understanding and you guys went above and beyond great customer
service. I have already recommended you to all of my friends and family
for the future.
When I first came into your shop I was the most upset person you could
have met due to my situation and when I left your company I had the
biggest smile of satisfaction a person can have. I had no idea that people
like you were willing to put yourself in my position and for even one minute
remember that I was a person and not just another customer. The
compassion you two showed me will stay with me for the rest of my life and
I will now happily recommend you to anybody I come across.

I want to thank you for the wonderful work done on my Acura. I truly
appreciate your professionalism and your commitment to customer
satisfaction. You definitely take pride in your work by paying attention to
the details. In addition to the work done to the front end of my car, you
went over and beyond what was required by offering to paint my weather
worn hood. Thanks so much for the extra effort. The paint job was
nicely done and now the car looks brand new.
A dear friend of mine referred me to you. She is someone that you have
done business with over the years. And, just as she stated, you can be
trusted and you do great work. I hope I never have to get a car repaired
again, but if I do, without a question and a doubt you will be one of the

your hard work repairing my Lexus GS300. I was hit by a truck
that left the scene of the accident and was put in a really bad situation.
I was referred to you by a friend and couldn’t be happier with
the outcome. I explained my situation to you and without even

Dear John,
I came across K K Collision Center through the AT&T Yellow Pages looking for an honest shop that dealt with insurance repairs. After being hit on the front passenger side, which shifted and bent my bumper, right fender, right headlight and making my door open with the sound of a gunshot. I needed someone who could do a quality job at a reasonable price. I came in and John (the owner) did an estimate, which took about twenty minutes.
Being a young woman I really appreciated how he broke down what needed to be replaced, what he intended to do and what the cost would be. It was nice walking into a shop not feeling like an idiot or feeling the person behind the counter was trying to scam you.
John helped me out as it was my first accident and offered a timetable that worked with my odd schedule (I work swing shift) as well as setting me up with Enterprise Rent A Car around the corner from his shop.
After picking up my car I was more than delighted at the results. My car looked fantastic, brand new as if it had come off the lot. John even had the car detailed so I could show it off. The paint match was flawless. I was surprised as my cars color was a particular shade and finish (red pearl).
I would recommend K K Collision Center for any repair large or small. You’ll be sure to know your car is worked on an efficient and knowledgeable crew. It’s reassuring there are still good, honest and hard working people who care about the job they do and the customers they serve.
