I found you after visiting the Honda dealership in the Roseville Automall. I live in Folsom and since we still do not have a dealership here the service manager at the Honda dealership referred me to your shop. He told me they have sent several of their customers to your shop and they have all returned to him very happy with the quality of the repairs you made.
From my first contact with you it was obvious that you took a sincere interest in my situation and that you would repair my car exactly as it should be repaired. You promised to not take any shortcuts and from the results it is clear that you didn't! I never felt that you treated me differently than any other customer and since you treated me like gold I would say that is a good thing!
You promised me that you would complete the repairs as quickly as possible and my car was ready the day you said it would be in the beginning. The estimate of repairs you wrote seemed fair to both of us and my car was returned clean and in better shape than it was when I dropped it off.
