Thank you – your integrity, quality control and customer service are exemplary, I’ve been to 3 collision shops in the last 5 years (all here in the greater Sacramento area) and I was beginning to think it was normal to find new scratches, rough paint or just an incomplete job.

As you know this truck is used in my business and it is very important that the truck is perfect. I was concerned that the truck would never be the same after my accident in San Francisco but your shop solved my fears by giving me my truck back in better condition than it was prior to the accident. John, I also want to thank you for the additional paint work that you gave me such a great deal on. I appreciate how you went to bat for me with my insurance company to get me what I deserved. To John Hein and his team at KK Collision Center,

Being in a car accident is a scary situation and dealing with the aftermath is extremely overwhelming. Knowing that all parties involved were all physically unharmed leaves only the damage to the vehicle to tell the story. For me personally, my Suburban is precious and a very important asset to my life. Seeing all the damage and non-workable parts left me with major stress and anxiety. Of course my initial reaction is who will I be able to trust to diagnose the damage in full? Who will be able to have my vehicle working n looking just as it did prior to the accident? Can this be done in a reasonable time frame? Will the repairs be done correctly and have my family's best interest and safety in mind? Once the work is completed can I still rely on the shop to take care of my vehicle if there are reoccurring issues on said repairs?
I decided to call my friend Mikell Leyba who recently had damage to her Jaguar S 4.0 repaired at his shop. She was very satisfied with the quality of service she had received from KK Collision Center. I instantly remembered how courteous the owner John was and the excellent condition her vehicle was in upon pick up. Hearing the panic in my voice, she gave me his number and told me not to worry that he would take care of everything and to call right away.
From the moment I spoke to John, he made me feel like fixing my suburban was important to him and made a priority. He was getting ready to leave for the day but insisted on waiting for me to bring my vehicle in so he could estimate all damages, cost and repairs. Once I arrived at his shop it was only a matter of time before he had diagnosed the damage made from the accident and had all my questions answered. I was especially enthusiastic about the way he proudly stood by his lifetime warranty on all repairs made. His concern for repairing all damages and his courteous professionalism finally put me at ease. I greatly appreciated how right away he sensed my Suburban meant a great deal to me and would do everything possible to make me a happy again. He even went out of his way to personally refer me to the closest car rental agency, Enterprise, and gave me his word that I would be treated fairly there as well. I was under the impression that they knew of him and respected his work. I even felt like Enterprise went out of their way to satisfy all my car rental needs. Hmmm...possibly due to being referred by John??? About a week later, I was called into pick up my Suburban and was astonished by the repairs and also the cleaning detail he had done to make my vehicle beautiful again.
John with all that said, I just want to add a THANK YOU!!! You and your team made this experience as painless as possible. You have created a loyal, lifetime customer. I have no problem coming back if needed for future repairs and I will definitely refer you to my family and friends.

Thank you so much for the fabulous repair job you did on my car. This was my first accident and I had no idea how to handle my insurance claim. You made the process painless and very easy for me. My car looks and drives perfect and I had always heard that cars are never the same after an accident. That appears to be true as my car seems better than it was before. K K Collision center is awesome. Not only did my car look great, their service is top notch. I was in a bind without my car so they made sure it was done quickly and even offered to drive me back and forth to my house since I had no other transportation.

Dear KK Collision Center,

I want to thank your company for being so great to me! I brought my truck in for an estimate and you guys were awesome! I went to 4 other "repuatable" body shops and not one of those shops treated me as well as your company did. The other shops made me feel like my truck didn’t belong at their shop, and were very rude. Not one other body shop came out of their front door to greet me like KK did. When it was time to perform the estimate on my truck, Brian made sure he noted everything I was concerned with and had questions about. He also took extensive time looking at as much damage as possible, to give the most accurate estimate possible. The other body shops spent less than five minutes looking at my vehicle, did not notate most of my concerns and really hardly looked at the damage. I didn’t think I was going to find a quality body shop in all of Sacramento, until I came to KK. KK Collision Center fixed my truck in a very timely manner. Every time I called they updated me on how it was going, and were always very friendly on the phone. When I received my truck back, it looked better than new! The body and paint look great. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from KK, and I will recommend your shop to everyone I know! Dear John,

I came across K K Collision Center through the AT&T Yellow Pages looking for an honest shop that dealt with insurance repairs. After being hit on the front passenger side, which shifted and bent my bumper, right fender, right headlight and making my door open with the sound of a gunshot. I needed someone who could do a quality job at a reasonable price. I came in and John (the owner) did an estimate, which took about twenty minutes. Being a young woman I really appreciated how he broke down what needed to be replaced, what he intended to do and what the cost would be. It was nice walking into a shop not feeling like an idiot or feeling the person behind the counter was trying to scam you. John helped me out as it was my first accident and offered a timetable that worked with my odd schedule (I work swing shift) as well as setting me up with Enterprise Rent A Car around the corner from his shop. After picking up my car I was more than delighted at the results. My car looked fantastic, brand new as if it had come off the lot. John even had the car detailed so I could show it off. The paint match was flawless. I was surprised as my cars color was a particular shade and finish (red pearl). I would recommend K K Collision Center for any repair large or small. You’ll be sure to know your car is worked on an efficient and knowledgeable crew. It’s reassuring there are still good, honest and hard working people who care about the job they do and the customers they serve.
